The HUB of Minority Entrepreneurship
iNvictus (EMERGE -Entrepreneurship, Mentoring, Economic Development, Research, Growth in Business(es) & Education and Office Center) differentiates itself by focusing predominantly on issues minority entrepreneurs face in today’s world. Combining a vibrant entrepreneurial community, a unique sense of purpose, and a proprietary eight-step mentoring curriculum, iNvictus Office Center is widely known as the HUB of Minority Entrepreneurship and a leader in fostering innovation among entrepreneurs of Color, globally.

Is the home to the mission’s non-profit wing, iNvictus Forward Outreach. It is an entrepreneurial ecosystem headquartered in the heart of the East Durham community in Durham, NC. Through its programming, it provides business consulting and mentorship to entrepreneurs and venture leader across the globe.
Founding Partners
The iNvictus Mission has eight founding African American partners. They are entrepreneurs, businessmen, educators, and contributing members of society and in their communities. They represent such illustrious institutions of higher learning as Duke University (MBA), University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina Central University (undergraduate and Law School), Shaw University, Winston-Salem State University and Black Greek fraternities that have proven themselves to be the bedrock of the African American community (Kappa Alpha Psi, Alpha Phi Alpha & Omega Psi Phi). The first iNvictus Office Center was the first wholly African American male owned coworking space in the United States.
iNvictus EMERGE is just one of the programs we currently operate, we also have Entrepreneurs 4 Education (E4E), WINNING, and iNviTECH. The focus of each becoming the solution!
Our volunteer mentor base has always been the cornerstone of our programming. Our budget is a makeup of donations, sponsorships, and grants.
