Masters of Fate Fellowsship
The iNvictus Masters of Fate Fellowship convenes diverse entrepreneurs for a 18-month (June-November) experience.
We provide them with the mentoring, resources, knowledge, relationships and capital they need to realize the full potential of their ventures.
We select high-growth entrepreneurs, prioritizing viable and scalable breakthrough approaches to problems. The Fellowship helps high-growth minority-led startups succeed by individually connecting them to executives, capital and technical assistance through a national network of advisors, mentors, experts, and investors.
iNvictus Fellows are emerging leaders amongst and innovation ecosystem and as a diverse cohort represent our values and desired outcomes. Each cohort is made up of six entrepreneurs/venture leaders
iNvictus Masters of Fate Fellowship Program

This eighteen (18) month highly competitive program is solely focused on working with entrepreneurs, businesses and non-profit ventures working in four defined sectors: STEM, HEALTH/HEALTHCARE, FOOD, and EDUCATION.
One-on-one mentorship, pro bono resources and access to industry and mission specific national networks, free/subsidized office & meeting space, paid program-related travel, a stipend and much more are only a few of the benefits our fellows receive.
This program is designed for established businesses and startups, for and non-profit ventures with a successful proof of concept and/or track record of success. During the program, participating ventures will work through our mentor-based minority entrepreneurship curriculum toward elevating and scaling the impact of their ventures. We do not do this from a cookie cutter/one size fits all perspective. Our program is tailored to meet the needs of its participants, based on their goals and assessed needs.
Designed for Established and Start-up Businesses Alike
The iNvictus EMERGE Mentors work with the Masters of Fate Fellows to assist in the development and implementation of ambitious goals during the eighteen month program.
The goal is to accelerate their venture’s impact and growth by connecting the entrepreneurs and venture leaders to experts in their industries to aid in the development of sound growth and impact strategies, creating and/or broadening their networks, gaining access to investors and funders and like-minded successful entrepreneurs and venture leaders.
